Billing

Billing is where an account owner can view and edit their:

• Company Name
• Subscription Plan (Professional, Enterprise, or CX)
• User Licenses
• Billing Period (Monthly or Annually)

The account owner may also visit their Billing Portal to view billing history, edit payment details, etc.

Users

The Users tab is where an account owner invites his or her colleagues to join his or her account. On the Billing tab, the account owner purchases "users" and then on the Users tab, invites people to be a user in his or her account.

This is also where the account owner can:

• Designate each user's role: Admin, Moderator, or Member
• Edit a user's name, username, password
• Remove a user from the account
• Suspend a user
