The Live Chat Sidebar displays slightly different fields than on a Share's Sidebar.
- Members - A drop-down list of all possible Live Chat Agents to add to the chat
- Conversation Status
- Open - A new unresponded chat
- in Process - Agent replied and in conversation
- Disqualify - Select this to end the conversation
- Assignee - A drop-down list of all possible Live Chat Agents to make the primary assignee for this conversation
- Contact Info - The Chat Widget prompts but does not require the site visitor to enter their name, email address, or phone number before beginning a live chat.
- First & Last Name
- Email - Recommended as the site visitor will now receive notifications of any activity in this conversation when not logged in
- Location - The Chat Widget will detect where the site visitor is located based on IP address
- Phone - When possible, prompt the site visitor for the phone number
- Last Visited Page - This indicates which page the site visitor is on
